Hey gang! You probably noticed that I accidentally crossed my running blog with this one last week - sorry about that!
Anywhoo, I was thinking of organizing the First Annual Woodstock on the Pungo 5K run/walk over the 4th of July - any takers? Let me know if you're interested - I thought we might do it up right with t-shirts, official times, and medals! (awarded for things like, "best running gear," "most red face," (I'm a shoe in for this - just warning you) or "most enthusiastic.)
