Annual Meeting Minutes

Meeting began with former Mayor Richard Mann reading last year’s minutes
- Susan Mann went over 2010 budget. Fourth Celebration ran over amount budgeted. Additional money was collected to pay for tent and blow ups.
- Arie DeHoog reported on road maintenance and indicated enough rock was present for next year.
- Jeff Mann was recognized (many times) for free rock. Beginning next year, rock purchase and delivery will need to be paid for.
- Celebrating the Fourth in 2012
- Annual celebration Saturday, June 30
- Joy Powell volunteered her family to be in charge of activities (parade, games, etc.)
- Theme "Animals"
- Road Tax still $100.00 per household. Next year will have to discuss increasing tax to pay for rock to repair road.
- Volunteer contribution to pay for celebrations.
- Mayor Lou recognized 2 special members of community
Kenny Powell – Dad, husband, fisherman and firefighter
Rebecca Mann – completion Master of Arts in Teaching and finding a job in Washington DC - At the annual dinner Woman and Man of the year were presentation
Brandy Mann – official Woodstock photographer of events
Jeff Mann – the man who gave community free rock
