- Meeting began with former Mayor Lou McKeand reading last year’s minutes
- Susan Mann went over 2011-2012 budget.
- Arie DeHoog reported on road maintenance and indicated enough rock was present for next year.
- Road Tax still $100.00 per household.
- Volunteer contribution to pay for celebrations.
- Elected Rachel Mann as new mayor. Susan Mann agreed to remain treasurer.
- Celebrating the Fourth in 2013
- Annual celebration Saturday, July 6, 2013
- Lou and Steve McKeand volunteered their family to be in charge of activities (parade, games, etc.)
- Will rent water slide again next year
- Theme “Westerns”
- Not have potlock but will have hotdogs and hamburgers. Mayor will determine responsibilities and make a sign-up sheet for families to bring sides and desserts to next year’s picnic. The money for the burgers, dogs, and buns will come from road tax fund, not the volunteer celebration fund.
